Secure server

Our secure server is encrypted at 256-bit SSL (secure socket layer) which is one of the most advanced encryption methods available. When you log into our system you will see a secure webpage padlock on the toolbar signifying a secure server. We do not store your personal details in hard-copy format. All of your personal data, including medical records are stored on our database servers. Our database servers use the same type of technology used by banks and are designed to deter and stop hackers from reaching your data.

Physical server security

We host our web and database servers in a secure purpose-built location with access only available to authorised and validated personnel using advanced code and fingerprint identification. There is 24 hour security and CCTV monitoring.

Payment security

Anytime Pharmacy uses a leading independent payment service provider, to process credit and debit card payments. For your added security we have integrated our payment systems so that you are not taken to a separate page to authorise payment. All payment details occur on Anytime Pharmacy's secure and safe platform. All sensitive payment card information is encrypted using the most sophisticated e-payment software available and is then sent to the bank for instant authorisation. Transactions are fast and quick.

We accept payments by debit or credit card: VISA, Mastercard, Delta, Electron, Maestro, Solo and Switch. If for any reason your order is declined by a doctor, or you cancel the order after making a payment, then a refund will be automatically made to the same payment card.

Your credit card details

Your credit card details are not stored. After payment is made through our secure server, your credit card details are not stored on our systems. If you purchase more services you will need to re-enter your credit card details.
